What is your return and refund policy, and how does it work?

At Steady Estates, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Here is our return and refund policy:

 

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund.

 

Refunds

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the item and place a new order for the item you would like.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
