Question 1: Do I need to pay customs duties?

Answer: The price does not include customs duties. You may be charged customs duties based on the requirements of your local customs. For more details, please contact us.

Question 2: Why do I sometimes need to pay a remote cost when choosing DHL?

Answer: If you choose DHL, it does not include DHL remote cost, customs duty, or any commission charged by DHL for custom clearance or warehouse storage cost.

Question 3: Can the microphone be tested before being sent out?

Answer: YES, we can test the microphone before sending it out.

Normally, we send the original sealed box from the Yanmai factory to each buyer. However, if you need us to open the sealed box and test the microphone, please indicate it in your order, and we will do it for you. Thanks!

Question 4: Do you offer a warranty?

Answer: YES, we provide a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. It's a zero-risk purchase experience in our Yanmai store. If you receive a different or damaged item, please contact us before giving any feedback or opening a dispute. (Please do not disassemble the microphone privately, as it will void the one-year warranty.)

Question 5: When will you process my shipment?

Answer: The courier number will be updated within 24-48 hours after the payment verification. It may take a few more days for the tracking to be available online. Please be patient.
