Ingredients:
- 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts and/or seeds of your choice (almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, etc.)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional add-ins: dried fruit, chocolate chips, cinnamon, etc.
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
