Shipping policy

At Steady Estates, we want you to clearly understand how shipping works before you place an order. Please review the information below for details about processing time, shipping options, pricing, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time and begins after payment is successfully processed.

Shipping Options

Shipping options and availability depend on the item purchased and the delivery location. Available methods may include:

  • Ground Shipping (U.S.)
    Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • USPS Shipping (U.S.)
    Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • 2-Day Rush Shipping (U.S.)
    Orders placed before the designated cutoff time on business days typically ship the same day and are delivered within 2–3 business days. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.

  • USPS Air Mail (International)
    Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Shipping Prices

Shipping rates are not flat and are not free unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs depend on the item purchased, shipping method selected, and delivery address. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

Address change requests must be submitted immediately after placing an order. Once a shipping label has been created or the order has entered fulfillment processing, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.

If an address change is requested before fulfillment begins, we will make a reasonable effort to update the address; however, successful modification cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment processing has started.

Steady Estates is not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

For urgent address corrections, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately after placing their order.
