Shipping Policy
Steady Estates is committed to providing clear shipping information before customers complete their purchases.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing begins after payment is successfully completed and is separate from delivery time.
Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods and delivery times depend on the product and destination.
Most U.S. deliveries are estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International deliveries are generally estimated to arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
Shipping Methods and Costs
The shipping methods available for an order are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs depend on the product, destination, and selected shipping method. The complete charge is shown before payment is submitted.
We do not guarantee same-day processing or expedited delivery unless that option and its delivery estimate are specifically displayed at checkout for the order.
Fulfillment and Separate Shipments
Products may be fulfilled from different locations. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times. When available, tracking information is provided for each shipment.
Tracking Information
Customers receive tracking information by email after an order ships when tracking is available. Tracking information may require additional time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Address Accuracy and Changes
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Address-change requests must be submitted immediately after placing an order. We will make a reasonable effort to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started or a shipping label has been created.
Steady Estates is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or misdirected shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again.
