Return and Refund Policy
Return Rules Summary
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, but returns are not automatically approved.
Return requests are reviewed and may be approved only when:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item arrived defective
- The wrong item was received
- The wrong size was received compared to what was ordered
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or the wrong size compared to the order.
A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns unless waived by Steady Estates.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Returns
Customers have 30 days after delivery to request a return review.
The 30-day window does not mean every return is automatically approved. It means eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for review, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags attached, if applicable
- In original packaging, when possible
- Supported by proof of purchase
To initiate a return review, please contact us at info@steadyestates.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return request
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the product label, size tag, or packaging label
- Photos showing the damage, defect, wrong item, or wrong size issue, if applicable
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, wrong item, wrong size, or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from approved refunds.
Non-Eligible Return Reasons
Returns and refunds are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Dislike of the item
- Ordering the wrong item, size, color, or quantity
- Duplicate orders placed by mistake
- Fit or sizing preference when the size received matches the size ordered
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items returned without approval
Damages, Defects, Wrong Items, and Wrong Sizes
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
- You received the wrong size compared to what was ordered
If the issue is confirmed, we will resolve it at no additional cost by offering a replacement, return approval, or refund depending on the situation and availability.
Return requests cannot be reviewed without the required photos and order information.
Refunds Without Return When Applicable
In certain situations, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned. This may apply to:
- Low-value items
- Items confirmed as damaged or defective
- Orders where return shipping costs exceed the item’s value
Eligibility is determined case by case at our discretion. To request consideration, contact info@steadyestates.com with your order number, details, and supporting photos.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or beauty items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items marked non-returnable on the product page
If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an incorrect item or incorrect size was received, we may offer a replacement depending on availability after the issue is reviewed and confirmed.
For all other cases, customers may place a new order for the desired item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelable once they have been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
If an order has already shipped, we cannot stop the package in transit. Any return request after delivery will be reviewed under this return policy.
Duplicate Orders
Duplicate orders placed by mistake are not automatically eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once processed or shipped.
If a duplicate order has already shipped, the customer may contact us after delivery and we will review whether any return option is available.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- With tags attached
- In original packaging

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically occurs within 10 business days
- Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund
