A: The camera is equipped with a 6000mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Typically, the battery lasts for approximately 1 to 4 weeks.

 

Q: Can the Battery-Powered Camera Record Continuously?

A: Unfortunately, the battery-powered camera does not support continuous recording as it would quickly drain the battery. It operates as a motion-detected camera, recording only when motion is detected.

 

Q: How does the Reolink battery-powered camera record?

A: The Reolink battery-powered camera records based on motion detection using the PIR sensor. You can record to the optional micro SD card or upload to the Reolink Cloud. Please note that battery-powered cameras do not support continuous 24/7 recording.

 

Q: Does Battery-Powered Cameras Support Adding User Accounts?

A: Reolink battery-powered cameras only have the default user account "admin." Users cannot add other user accounts on the battery-powered cameras. Other Reolink cameras (POE/WIFI) can add up to 19 user accounts, making a total of 21 accounts with the default admin account.

A: The Reolink battery-powered camera provides UID (based on P2P) for remote access. You can simply add the camera via UID to log in remotely without any special settings.
