Warranty

This item is covered under a 1-year limited warranty. We agree to repair any defects in material or workmanship or send a replacement without charge for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for packing and return shipping fees. Repair and replacement are subject to verification of the defect or malfunction.
The one-year limited warranty does not cover:
·Normal wear and tear
·Damages incurred during transportation, assemble or maintenance
·Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
Claim procedures
Claims for defective items must be made within one year from the purchase date. To start a claim, send us a message explaining what issues you’re experiencing and attach photos of the defective item. If the claim is justified, we will ask you to pack the defective item in its original packaging and ship it back to our warehouse. Once we receive the product, we will repair or replace it depending on the condition.
