I didn't receive the order from Aliepress after a month. I contacted Aliexpress. They didn't check what was wrong in the delivery. Instead, they asked me to contact the local shipping company. I called and emailed the local shipping company but didn't receive any response. I asked Aliexpress to give a refund three times, two requests and one appeal. They just kept rejecting the refund requests and spent no time in checking the local shipping company that was part of the delivery chain. When I texted with the customer service, the agent just cut and pasted repeated responses without really reading my messages. Poor customer service. In total, I spent no time than three hours for the $12 refund and gave up. Extremely bad experience with these irresponsible people.
